About Me

David is highly determined and results driven. Internal organization and a problem-solving approach are his priorities to ensure the company’s high customer orientated service. Thanks to his studies in Business Administration in The Netherlands and Germany, he introduced innovative management approaches to support his partners in the best efficient way. He completed with success his thesis at the University of Heidelberg in Germany about Blockchain, a topic he is highly motivated in to apply  in the real estate business of the company.

With two partners he created Living Solutions sarl, a company with two main service lines Homely for the Real Estate and Innogest for property management, syndic house and building services as well as facility management, thus a one stop shop solution for all your needs. His ambition consists of providing original yet sustainable solutions and strategies to the future real estate environment. Moreover, he is aided by his mastery of Luxembourgish, German, French and English in navigating an ever-growing and constantly moving sector.
