A significant milestone for HOMELY, the real estate agency of Living Solutions Sarl, which recently proudly became a member of the Chambre Immobilière du Luxembourg. The agency, established in March 2022, continues its steady development.
“Our goal from the beginning was to become a member. However, as a young company, we needed to establish a solid structure, efficient processes, and modern digital tools to serve our clients optimally. Therefore, we opted for an introductory period before joining the Chambre Immobilière du Luxembourg,” explains Managing Partner Loïc Chapellier.
The Chambre Immobilière du Luxembourg was founded 50 years ago. Today, it brings together more than 300 members of the real estate profession. In 2018, it introduced the “Chambre Immobilière certified agency” label, which enables customers to identify members of the Chambre Immobilière.

Since its establishment in March 2022, the real estate agency HOMELY by Living Solutions SARL has been offering a comprehensive service package for real estate transactions, including buying and selling, short-and long-term rentals as well as corporate housing. Une nouvelle étape pour HOMELY, agence immobilière de Living Solutions sarl. Elle vient de rejoindre récemment en tant que membre la Chambre Immobilière du Luxembourg. Créé en mars 2022, l’agence poursuit son développement.
« Notre but était dès le début d’en devenir membre. Mais comme toute jeune société, il a fallu mettre en place une structure, des processus ainsi que des outils digitaux pour servir au mieux nos clients. Nous nous sommes donc décidés pour une période de rodage et de mise en place avant de rejoindre la Chambre Immobilière du Luxembourg », explique le Managing Partner Loïc Chapellier.
La Chambre Immobilière du Luxembourg existe depuis 50 ans. Elle rassemble aujourd’hui plus de 300 acteurs de la profession immobilière. En 2018 elle s’est dotée d’un label « Agence certifiée Chambre Immobilière » qui permet aux clients d’identifier les membres de la Chambre Immobilière.
